Instead of last minute Christmas shopping or wrapping presents, my sibs and I are preparing conflict resolution and "get the wine bottle away from him" strategies. Defusing arguments and consoling bruised feelings will be Christmas this year. It's almost enough, no, it is enough to make me wish I was back in SE Asia, mentalist or not.
